About this gene: POU3F2 belongs to the POU-III class of neural transcription factors. The POU3F2 protein is involved in neuronal differentiation and enhances the activation of corticotropin-releasing hormone regulated genes. Overexpression of this protein is linked to an increase in the proliferation of melanoma cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
