SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POP5 (POP5 ribonuclease P/MRP subunit, also called hPop5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POP5 qPCR Primer Set – POP5 ribonuclease P/MRP subunit
Also known as: HSPC004, RPP2, RPP20, hPop5
About this gene: POP5 enables ribonuclease P RNA binding activity. Contributes to ribonuclease P activity. It is involved in tRNA 5'-leader removal.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51367; HGNC ID: HGNC:17689; UniProt: Q969H6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015918.4; Chromosome location: 12q24.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
