About this gene: The POMT2 protein is an O-mannosyltransferase that requires interaction with the product of the POMT1 gene for enzymatic function. The POMT2 protein is found in the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum. Defects in POMT2 are a cause of Walker-Warburg syndrome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
