About this gene: POMGNT1 encodes a type II transmembrane protein that resides in the Golgi apparatus. The POMGNT1 gene product participates in O-mannosyl glycosylation and is specific for alpha linked terminal mannose. Mutations in POMGNT1 may be linked to muscle-eye-brain disease and multiple congenital muscular dystrophies.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
