About this gene: The POLR3F protein is one of more than a dozen subunits forming eukaryotic RNA polymerase III, which transcribes 5S ribosomal RNA and tRNA genes. The POLR3F protein is reported to bind both TFIIIB90 and TBP, two subunits of RNA polymerase III transcription initiation factor IIIB. Unlike most of the other RNA Pol III subunits, the POLR3F protein is unique to this polymerase.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
