SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLR2K (RNA polymerase II, I and III subunit K, also called RPB7.0) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLR2K qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase II, I and III subunit K
Also known as: ABC10-alpha, RPABC4, RPB10alpha, RPB12, RPB7.0, hRPB7.0, hsRPB10a
About this gene: POLR2K encodes one of the smallest subunits of RNA polymerase II, the polymerase responsible for synthesizing messenger RNA in eukaryotes. This subunit is shared by the other two DNA-directed RNA polymerases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5440; HGNC ID: HGNC:9198; UniProt: P53803; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005034.4; Chromosome location: 8q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
