SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLR2F (RNA polymerase II, I and III subunit F, also called RPC15) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLR2F qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase II, I and III subunit F
Also known as: HRBP14.4, POLRF, RPABC14.4, RPABC2, RPB14.4, RPB6, RPC15
About this gene: POLR2F encodes a sixth largest subunit of RNA polymerase II, the polymerase responsible for synthesizing messenger RNA in eukaryotes. In yeast, this polymerase subunit, in combination with at least two other subunits, forms a structure that stabilizes the transcribing polymerase on the DNA template.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5435; HGNC ID: HGNC:9193; UniProt: P61218; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021974.5; Chromosome location: 22q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
