SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLR2C (RNA polymerase II subunit C, also called RPB31) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLR2C qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase II subunit C
Also known as: RPB3, RPB31, hRPB33, hsRPB3
About this gene: POLR2C encodes a third largest subunit of RNA polymerase II, the polymerase responsible for synthesizing messenger RNA in eukaryotes. The product of POLR2C contains a cysteine rich region and exists as a heterodimer with another polymerase subunit, POLR2J. These two subunits form a core subassembly unit of the polymerase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5432; HGNC ID: HGNC:9189; UniProt: P19387; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032940.3; Chromosome location: 16q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
