SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLR1D (RNA polymerase I and III subunit D, also called AC19) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLR1D qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase I and III subunit D
Also known as: AC19, RPA16, RPA9, RPAC2, RPC16, RPO1-3, TCS2
About this gene: The POLR1D protein is a component of the RNA polymerase I and RNA polymerase III complexes, which function in the synthesis of ribosomal RNA precursors and small RNAs, respectively. Mutations in POLR1D are a cause of Treacher Collins syndrome, a craniofacial development disorder.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51082; HGNC ID: HGNC:20422; UniProt: P0DPB6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015972.4; Chromosome location: 13q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
