SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLR1C (RNA polymerase I and III subunit C, also called AC40) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLR1C qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase I and III subunit C
Also known as: AC40, HLD11, RPA39, RPA40, RPA5, RPAC1, RPC40, TCS3
About this gene: The POLR1C protein is a subunit of both RNA polymerase I and RNA polymerase III complexes. Mutations in POLR1C have been linked to Treacher Collins syndrome and hypomyelinating leukodystrophy 11.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9533; HGNC ID: HGNC:20194; UniProt: O15160; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_203290.4; Chromosome location: 6p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
