Human POLR1A qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase I subunit A

Also known as: A190, AFDCIN, HLD27, RPA1, RPA190, RPA194, RPO1-4, RPO14

About this gene: The POLR1A protein is the largest subunit of the RNA polymerase I complex. The POLR1A protein represents the catalytic subunit of the complex, which transcribes DNA into ribosomal RNA precursors. Defects in POLR1A are a cause of the Cincinnati type of acrofacial dysostosis.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25885; HGNC ID: HGNC:17264; UniProt: O95602; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015425.6; Chromosome location: 2p11.2

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
