SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLM (DNA polymerase mu) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLM qPCR Primer Set – DNA polymerase mu
Also known as: Pol Mu, Tdt-N
About this gene: POLM is predicted to enable DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity. It is predicted to be involved in double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. It is predicted to act upstream of or within B cell differentiation and somatic hypermutation of immunoglobulin genes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27434; HGNC ID: HGNC:9185; UniProt: Q9NP87; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013284.4; Chromosome location: 7p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
