SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLE2 (DNA polymerase epsilon 2, accessory subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLE2 qPCR Primer Set – DNA polymerase epsilon 2, accessory subunit
Also known as: DPE2
About this gene: DNA polymerase epsilon, which is involved in DNA repair and replication, is composed of a large catalytic subunit and a small accessory subunit. The POLE2 protein represents the small subunit. Defects in POLE2 have been linked to colorectal cancer and to combined immunodeficiency.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5427; HGNC ID: HGNC:9178; UniProt: P56282; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002692.4; Chromosome location: 14q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
