About this gene: B3GALT1 belongs to the beta-1,3-galactosyltransferase gene family. This family encodes type II membrane-bound glycoproteins with diverse enzymatic functions using different donor substrates and different acceptor sugars. The beta3GalT genes are distantly related to the Drosophila Brainiac gene and have the protein coding sequence contained in a single exon.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
