SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLA1 (DNA polymerase alpha 1, catalytic subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLA1 qPCR Primer Set – DNA polymerase alpha 1, catalytic subunit
Also known as: NSX, PDR, POLA, VEODS, p180
About this gene: POLA1 encodes a catalytic subunit of DNA polymerase, which together with a regulatory and two primase subunits, forms the DNA polymerase alpha complex. The catalytic subunit plays an essential role in the initiation of DNA replication.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5422; HGNC ID: HGNC:9173; UniProt: P09884; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001330360.2; Chromosome location: Xp22.11-p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
