SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PNLIPRP2 (pancreatic lipase related protein 2 (gene/pseudogene), also called PL-RP2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PNLIPRP2 qPCR Primer Set – pancreatic lipase related protein 2 (gene/pseudogene)
Also known as: PLRP2
About this gene: PNLIPRP2 encodes a lipase that hydrolyzes galactolipids, the main components of plant membrane lipids. An allelic polymorphism in PNLIPRP2 leads to both coding and non-coding variants; the reference genome represents the non-coding allele.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5408; HGNC ID: HGNC:9157; UniProt: P54317; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005396.5; Chromosome location: 10q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
