SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RMP24 (ribonuclease MRP subunit p24) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RMP24 qPCR Primer Set – ribonuclease MRP subunit p24
Also known as: C18orf21, HsT3108, PNAS-124, PNAS-131, XTP13
About this gene: RMP24 is predicted to enable RNA binding activity. It is involved in RNA processing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83608; HGNC ID: HGNC:28802; UniProt: Q32NC0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031446.5; Chromosome location: 18q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
