SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PML (PML nuclear body scaffold, also called TRIM19) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PML qPCR Primer Set – PML nuclear body scaffold
Also known as: MYL, PP8675, RNF71, TRIM19
About this gene: The PML protein belongs to the tripartite motif family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. This phosphoprotein localizes to nuclear bodies where it acts as a transcription factor and tumor suppressor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5371; HGNC ID: HGNC:9113; UniProt: P29590; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033238.3; Chromosome location: 15q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
