SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PPME1 (protein phosphatase methylesterase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PPME1 qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase methylesterase 1
Also known as: ABDH19, PME-1
About this gene: PPME1 encodes a protein phosphatase methylesterase localized to the nucleus. The PPME1 protein acts on the protein phosphatase-2A catalytic subunit and supports the ERK pathway through dephosphorylation of regulatory proteins. The PPME1 gene product is involved in malignant glioma progression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51400; HGNC ID: HGNC:30178; UniProt: Q9Y570; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016147.3; Chromosome location: 11q13.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
