SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PMCHL1 (pro-melanin concentrating hormone like 1 (pseudogene)) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PMCHL1 qPCR Primer Set – pro-melanin concentrating hormone like 1 (pseudogene)
About this gene: PMCHL1 is predicted to enable type 1 melanin-concentrating hormone receptor binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of dopaminergic synaptic transmission.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5369; HGNC ID: HGNC:9110; Chromosome location: 5p14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
