About this gene: PLXNA3 belongs to the plexin class of proteins. The PLXNA3 protein is a class 3 semaphorin receptor, and may be involved in cytoskeletal remodeling and as well as apoptosis. Studies of a similar gene in zebrafish suggest that it is important for axon pathfinding in the developing nervous system.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
