SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PLSCR4 (phospholipid scramblase 4, also called TRA1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PLSCR4 qPCR Primer Set – phospholipid scramblase 4
Also known as: TRA1
About this gene: PLSCR4 enables CD4 receptor binding activity; enzyme binding activity; and phospholipid scramblase activity. It is involved in calcium activated phosphatidylcholine scrambling and calcium activated phosphatidylserine scrambling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57088; HGNC ID: HGNC:16497; UniProt: Q9NRQ2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020353.3; Chromosome location: 3q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
