SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PLEKHA8P1 (pleckstrin homology domain containing A8 pseudogene 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PLEKHA8P1 qPCR Primer Set – pleckstrin homology domain containing A8 pseudogene 1
Also known as: FAPP-2, FAPP2, PLEKHA8, PLEKHA9, hFAPP2
About this gene: PLEKHA8P1 is predicted to enable ceramide 1-phosphate binding activity and ceramide 1-phosphate transfer activity. It is predicted to be involved in ER to Golgi ceramide transport and intermembrane lipid transfer. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51054; HGNC ID: HGNC:30222; Chromosome location: 12q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
