About this gene: PLEKHA4 encodes a pleckstrin homology domain-containing protein. The PH domain is found near the N-terminus and contains a putative phosphatidylinositol 3, 4, 5-triphosphate-binding motif. Elevated expression of PLEKHA4 has been observed in some melanomas.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
