Human PLEKHA1 qPCR Primer Set – pleckstrin homology domain containing A1

Also known as: TAPP1

About this gene: PLEKHA1 encodes a pleckstrin homology domain-containing adapter protein. The PLEKHA1 protein is localized to the plasma membrane where it specifically binds phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate. The PLEKHA1 protein may be involved in the formation of signaling complexes in the plasma membrane.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 59338; HGNC ID: HGNC:14335; UniProt: Q9HB21; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001001974.4; Chromosome location: 10q26.13

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
