SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PLD1 (phospholipase D1, also called hPLD1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PLD1 qPCR Primer Set – phospholipase D1
Also known as: CVDD, CVDP1
About this gene: PLD1 encodes a phosphatidylcholine-specific phospholipase which catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylcholine in order to yield phosphatidic acid and choline. The enzyme may play a role in signal transduction and subcellular trafficking.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5337; HGNC ID: HGNC:9067; UniProt: Q13393; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002662.5; Chromosome location: 3q26.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
