About this gene: PLAGL1 encodes a C2H2 zinc finger protein that acts as a suppressor of cell growth. PLAGL1 is often deleted or methylated and silenced in cancer cells. In addition, overexpression of PLAGL1 during fetal development is believed to be the causal factor for transient neonatal diabetes mellitus.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
