SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AXIN1 (axin 1, also called hAxin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AXIN1 qPCR Primer Set – axin 1
Also known as: AXIN, CMDOH, PPP1R49
About this gene: AXIN1 encodes a cytoplasmic protein which contains a regulation of G-protein signaling domain and a dishevelled and axin domain. The AXIN1 protein interacts with adenomatosis polyposis coli, catenin beta-1, glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta, protein phosphate 2, and itself. The AXIN1 protein acts as a negative regulator of the wingless-type MMTV integration site family, member 1 signaling pathway and can induce apoptosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8312; HGNC ID: HGNC:903; UniProt: O15169; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003502.4; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
