SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PLAA (phospholipase A2 activating protein, also called PLAP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PLAA qPCR Primer Set – phospholipase A2 activating protein
Also known as: DOA1, NDMSBA, PLA2P, PLAP
About this gene: PLAA enables phospholipase A2 activator activity. It is involved in cellular response to lipopolysaccharide and macroautophagy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9373; HGNC ID: HGNC:9043; UniProt: Q9Y263; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001031689.3; Chromosome location: 9p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
