SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PLA2R1 (phospholipase A2 receptor 1, also called PLA2R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PLA2R1 qPCR Primer Set – phospholipase A2 receptor 1
Also known as: CLEC13C, PLA2-R, PLA2G1R, PLA2IR, PLA2R
About this gene: PLA2R1 represents a phospholipase A2 receptor. The PLA2R1 protein likely exists as both a transmembrane form and a soluble form. The transmembrane receptor may play a role in clearance of phospholipase A2, thereby inhibiting its action.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22925; HGNC ID: HGNC:9042; UniProt: Q13018; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007366.5; Chromosome location: 2q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
