SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PLA1A (phospholipase A1 member A, also called PS-PLA1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PLA1A qPCR Primer Set – phospholipase A1 member A
Also known as: PS-PLA1, PSPLA1
About this gene: The PLA1A protein is a phospholipase that hydrolyzes fatty acids at the sn-1 position of phosphatidylserine and 1-acyl-2-lysophosphatidylserine. This secreted protein hydrolyzes phosphatidylserine in liposomes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51365; HGNC ID: HGNC:17661; UniProt: Q53H76; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015900.4; Chromosome location: 3q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
