SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PKMYT1 (protein kinase, membrane associated tyrosine/threonine 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PKMYT1 qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase, membrane associated tyrosine/threonine 1
Also known as: MYT1, PPP1R126
About this gene: PKMYT1 belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family. The PKMYT1 protein is a membrane-associated kinase that negatively regulates the G2/M transition of the cell cycle by phosphorylating and inactivating cyclin-dependent kinase 1. The activity of the PKMYT1 protein is regulated by polo-like kinase 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9088; HGNC ID: HGNC:29650; UniProt: Q99640; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004203.5; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
