About this gene: PITPNM3 belongs to a family of membrane-associated phosphatidylinositol transfer domain-containing proteins. The calcium-binding protein has phosphatidylinositol transfer activity and interacts with the protein tyrosine kinase PTK2B. The protein is homologous to a Drosophila protein that is implicated in the visual transduction pathway in flies. Mutations in PITPNM3 result in autosomal dominant cone dystrophy.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
