SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AVIL (advillin, also called p92) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human AVIL qPCR Primer Set – advillin
Also known as: ADVIL, DOC6, NPHS21, p92
About this gene: The AVIL protein belongs to the gelsolin/villin family of actin regulatory proteins. The AVIL protein has structural similarity to villin. The AVIL gene product binds actin and may play a role in the development of neuronal cells that form ganglia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10677; HGNC ID: HGNC:14188; UniProt: O75366; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006576.4; Chromosome location: 12q14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
