SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PISD (phosphatidylserine decarboxylase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PISD qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylserine decarboxylase
Also known as: DJ858B16, LIBF, PSDC, PSSC, dJ858B16.2
About this gene: The PISD protein catalyzes the conversion of phosphatidylserine to phosphatidylethanolamine in the inner mitochondrial membrane. The PISD protein is active in phospholipid metabolism and interorganelle trafficking of phosphatidylserine.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23761; HGNC ID: HGNC:8999; UniProt: Q9UG56; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001326411.2; Chromosome location: 22q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
