SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIN4 (peptidylprolyl cis/trans isomerase, NIMA-interacting 4, also called Par14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIN4 qPCR Primer Set – peptidylprolyl cis/trans isomerase, NIMA-interacting 4
Also known as: EPVH, PAR14, PAR17, hEPVH, hPar14, hPar17
About this gene: PIN4 belongs to the parvulin subfamily of the peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase protein family. The PIN4 protein catalyzes the isomerization of peptidylprolyl bonds, and may play a role in the cell cycle, chromatin remodeling, and/or ribosome biogenesis. The PIN4 protein may play an additional role in the mitochondria.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5303; HGNC ID: HGNC:8992; UniProt: Q9Y237; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006223.4; Chromosome location: Xq13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
