SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIN1 (peptidylprolyl cis/trans isomerase, NIMA-interacting 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIN1 qPCR Primer Set – peptidylprolyl cis/trans isomerase, NIMA-interacting 1
Also known as: DOD, UBL5
About this gene: Peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerases catalyze the cis/trans isomerization of peptidyl-prolyl peptide bonds. PIN1 encodes one of the PPIases, which specifically binds to phosphorylated ser/thr-pro motifs to catalytically regulate the post-phosphorylation conformation of its substrates. The conformational regulation catalyzed by this PPIase has a profound impact on key proteins involved in the regulation of cell growth, genotoxic and other stress responses, the immune response, induction and maintenance of pluripotency, germ cell development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5300; HGNC ID: HGNC:8988; UniProt: Q13526; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006221.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
