SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIK3R3 (phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 3, also called p55PIK) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIK3R3 qPCR Primer Set – phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 3
Also known as: p55, p55-GAMMA, p55PIK
About this gene: Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase phosphorylates phosphatidylinositol and similar compounds, which then serve as second messengers in growth signaling pathways. PI3K is composed of a catalytic and a regulatory subunit. The PIK3R3 protein represents a regulatory subunit of PI3K. The encoded protein contains two SH2 domains through which it binds activated protein tyrosine kinases to regulate their activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8503; HGNC ID: HGNC:8981; UniProt: Q92569; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003629.4; Chromosome location: 1p34.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
