Human PIK3R2 qPCR Primer Set – phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 2
Also known as: MPPH, MPPH1, P85B, p85, p85-BETA, p85beta
About this gene: Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase is a lipid kinase that phosphorylates phosphatidylinositol and similar compounds, creating second messengers important in growth signaling pathways. PI3K acts as a heterodimer of a regulatory and a catalytic subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5296; HGNC ID: HGNC:8980; UniProt: O00459; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005027.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
