SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIK3CD (phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit delta, also called PI3Kdelta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIK3CD qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit delta
Also known as: APDS, IMD14, IMD14A, IMD14B, P110DELTA, PI3K, PI3Kdelta, ROCHIS, p110D
About this gene: Phosphoinositide 3-kinases phosphorylate inositol lipids and are involved in the immune response. The PIK3CD protein is a class I PI3K found primarily in leukocytes. Like other class I PI3Ks, the PIK3CD protein binds p85 adapter proteins and GTP-bound RAS. However, unlike the other class I PI3Ks, this protein phosphorylates itself, not p85 protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5293; HGNC ID: HGNC:8977; UniProt: O00329; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005026.5; Chromosome location: 1p36.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
