SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIK3CB (phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit beta, also called PI3Kbeta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIK3CB qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit beta
Also known as: P110BETA, PI3K, PI3KBETA, PIK3C1
About this gene: PIK3CB encodes a isoform of the catalytic subunit of phosphoinositide 3-kinase. These kinases are important in signaling pathways involving receptors on the outer membrane of eukaryotic cells and are named for their catalytic subunit. The PIK3CB protein is the catalytic subunit for PI3Kbeta.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5291; HGNC ID: HGNC:8976; UniProt: P42338; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006219.3; Chromosome location: 3q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
