SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIK3C2G (phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit type 2 gamma, also called PI3K-C2-gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIK3C2G qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit type 2 gamma
Also known as: PI3K-C2-gamma, PI3K-C2GAMMA
About this gene: The PIK3C2G protein belongs to the phosphoinositide 3-kinase family. PI3-kinases play roles in signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation, oncogenic transformation, cell survival, cell migration, and intracellular protein trafficking. The PIK3C2G protein contains a lipid kinase catalytic domain as well as a C-terminal C2 domain, a characteristic of class II PI3-kinases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5288; HGNC ID: HGNC:8973; UniProt: O75747; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001288772.2; Chromosome location: 12p12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
