SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIGO (phosphatidylinositol glycan anchor biosynthesis class O, also called hGPCR43) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIGO qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylinositol glycan anchor biosynthesis class O
Also known as: HPMRS2, hGPCR43
About this gene: PIGO encodes a protein that is involved in glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchor biosynthesis. The GPI-anchor is a glycolipid which contains three mannose molecules in its core backbone. The GPI-anchor is found on many blood cells and serves to anchor proteins to the cell surface.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84720; HGNC ID: HGNC:23215; UniProt: Q8TEQ8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032634.4; Chromosome location: 9p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
