SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIGL (phosphatidylinositol glycan anchor biosynthesis class L, also called PIG-L) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIGL qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylinositol glycan anchor biosynthesis class L
Also known as: CHIME
About this gene: PIGL encodes a enzyme that catalyzes the second step of glycosylphosphatidylinositol biosynthesis, which is the de-N-acetylation of N-acetylglucosaminylphosphatidylinositol. Study of a similar rat enzyme suggests that this protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9487; HGNC ID: HGNC:8966; UniProt: Q9Y2B2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004278.4; Chromosome location: 17p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
