About this gene: PIF1 encodes a DNA-dependent adenosine triphosphate-metabolizing enzyme that acts as a 5' to 3' DNA helicase. The PIF1 protein can resolve G-quadruplex structures and RNA-DNA hybrids at the ends of chromosomes. The PIF1 gene product also prevents telomere elongation by inhibiting the actions of telomerase.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
