SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIAS4 (protein inhibitor of activated STAT 4, also called PIASy) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIAS4 qPCR Primer Set – protein inhibitor of activated STAT 4
Also known as: PIAS-gamma, PIASY, Piasg, ZMIZ6
About this gene: PIAS4 enables SUMO ligase activity and ubiquitin protein ligase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin; positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination; and regulation of RNA metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51588; HGNC ID: HGNC:17002; UniProt: Q8N2W9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015897.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
