SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PIAS3 (protein inhibitor of activated STAT 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PIAS3 qPCR Primer Set – protein inhibitor of activated STAT 3
Also known as: ZMIZ5
About this gene: PIAS3 belongs to the PIAS [protein inhibitor of activated STAT] family of transcriptional modulators. The protein acts as a SUMO-E3 ligase which catalyzes the covalent attachment of a SUMO protein to specific target substrates. The PIAS3 gene product directly binds to multiple transcription factors and either blocks or enhances their activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10401; HGNC ID: HGNC:16861; UniProt: Q9Y6X2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006099.3; Chromosome location: 1q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
