SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PHPT1 (phosphohistidine phosphatase 1, also called PHP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PHPT1 qPCR Primer Set – phosphohistidine phosphatase 1
Also known as: CGI-202, HEL-S-132P, HSPC141, PHP, PHP14
About this gene: PHPT1 encodes a enzyme that catalyzes the reversible dephosphorylation of histidine residues in proteins. The PHPT1 gene product may be involved in the dephosphorylation of G-beta and ATP citrate lyase and in negatively regulating CD4 T lymphocytes by dephosphorylation and inhibition of KCa3.1 channels.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29085; HGNC ID: HGNC:30033; UniProt: Q9NRX4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014172.6; Chromosome location: 9q34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
