SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PHKG2 (phosphorylase kinase catalytic subunit gamma 2, also called PSK-C3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PHKG2 qPCR Primer Set – phosphorylase kinase catalytic subunit gamma 2
Also known as: GSD9C
About this gene: Phosphorylase kinase is a polymer of 16 subunits, four each of alpha, beta, gamma and delta. The alpha subunit includes the skeletal muscle and hepatic isoforms, encoded by two different genes. The beta subunit is the same in both the muscle and hepatic isoforms, and encoded by one gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5261; HGNC ID: HGNC:8931; UniProt: P15735; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000294.3; Chromosome location: 16p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
