SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PHKA2 (phosphorylase kinase regulatory subunit alpha 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human PHKA2 qPCR Primer Set – phosphorylase kinase regulatory subunit alpha 2
Also known as: GSD9A, PHK, PYK, PYKL, XLG, XLG2
About this gene: Phosphorylase kinase is a polymer of 16 subunits, four each of alpha, beta, gamma and delta. The alpha subunit includes the skeletal muscle and hepatic isoforms, and the hepatic isoform is encoded by PHKA2. The beta subunit is the same in both the muscle and hepatic isoforms, and encoded by one gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5256; HGNC ID: HGNC:8926; UniProt: P46019; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000292.3; Chromosome location: Xp22.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
